Technology’s Neat, But People Are the Key

By: Trotti, John Comments

e talk about technology a lot throughout the year, and nowhere more than in our June issue, devoted in its entirety to the subject. Yet, even there, what comes through loud and clear is that despite our growing reliance on the wonderful tools coming into the field with increasing velocity, the key to your profitability lies in the hands of those who put them to use.

So that’s why we think training is so important that it’s not only a feature article in the technology issue, but will become a staple in the magazine as a regular department starting with our July/August issue.

We want to hear from you about what you’re doing about training—what you’ve found works…or doesn’t—so we can include it in the magazine. Email me at editor@forester.net.
